Not all healing happens in stillness. Sometimes, the body asks us to meet it in motion - to tune in, soften resistance, and create space where we’ve been holding too tightly. At Transcend, our stretch therapy offerings are more than physical movement. They are an invitation to reconnect with yourself through supported, intentional care.

Our Assisted Stretch is a guided, technique-based session led by a trained specialist. It’s ideal for improving flexibility, releasing tension, and enhancing your body’s natural range of motion. You’ll move through customized stretches designed to meet your body’s structure and needs.

For a more inward, restorative experience, our Mind-Body Stretch blends gentle movement with mindfulness. This offering includes breathwork, body scanning, and self-reflection to support nervous system regulation and deeper awareness of where the body is asking for care. It’s a soft, powerful reset that brings the physical and emotional into harmony.

Whether you’re feeling stiff, out of sync, or simply ready to reconnect, our stretch services offer a space to release, realign, and return to yourself.

  • During this service you will go through a brief consultation and evaluation, followed by a guided assisted stretch with a sports specialist.

    Techniques such as passive stretching, active stretching, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), etc. may be used to help increase flexibility and range of motion of targeted areas.

    Loose clothes and/or athletic wear are required

    Single Session:

    • First Time session (30 min): $45

    • 30 min session: $52

    • 60 min session: $89

    Packages (4 Sessions):

    • 30 min package: $180

    • 60 min package: $300

  • During this service, we will take a more mindful approach to actively assist in the relaxation of the mind and body. We will bring conscious awareness to any musculoskeletal restrictions, and use that self awareness to improve range of motion and flexibility. Together we will bring attention to your current mind-body awareness through self evaluation and assisted movement practices.

    Techniques such as body scans, journaling, breathwork, and stretching techniques used in the Assisted Stretch service may be used.

    Loose clothes and/or athletic wear are required. Journal and pen are recommended.
