Cold Plunge and Contrast Therapy
Cold plunge therapy pairs naturally with sauna as part of contrast therapy. Alternating between heat and cold can help stimulate circulation, support detoxification, and encourage nervous system balance.
Our team can help guide timing and combinations that feel safe, supportive, and aligned with your comfort level, whether you’re new to cold exposure or experienced with contrast therapy.
Cold plunge therapy is often most impactful when it’s part of a larger recovery rhythm. If you’re curious about how cold exposure supports circulation, energy, and nervous system reset, we break it down more deeply in our blog on why cold plunge is the reset your body needs.
Many guests choose to combine cold plunge with sauna or massage as part of a contrast-based recovery approach. Our Wellness Experiences make it easy to explore these combinations with guidance and intention.
